This is a commercial solicitation with the provisions and clauses set forth in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, using FAR Part 13 procedures, and according to the guidelines within this solicitation. The Government intends to award a 5-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for commercial portable demineralizer water system services with firm fixed priced task orders being issued.
