70--COMSOL Multiphysics and Module License Renewals

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC) intends to award on a sole source basis, COMSOL, Inc. to procure the following software licenses for continued support and maintenance of COMSOL Multiphysics software and associated software modules for use on end user workstations and servers. Pursuant of FAR 6.302-1, COMSOL, as the sole developer and distributor of the COMSOL Multiphysics software suite of products, is the only responsible source for these services and no other supplies or services will satisfy NSWC PCD requirements. Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items is the method of award for this procurement. The NAICS code is 511210 (Software Publishers) and the FSC code is 7030. The SBA Size Standard is $25.0 Million. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. Delivery terms for this requirement are FOB Destination.
