This synopsis is to ensure proper notification to GPE for solicitation N61340-19-R-0102, which should have been processed as combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This action was originally posted under Sources Sought Notice for solicitation number N61340-18-R-0067. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following applies to this action: (1) The solicitation number is N61340-19-R-0102 and it is a request for proposal (RFP). (2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. (3) The solicitation is unrestricted under NAICS code 611512 with $27,500,000 size standard. (4) Refer to SF 1449 for a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure. (5) Refer to attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement dated 30 April 2019 for description of requirements for the services to be acquired. (6) Refer to SF 1449 for date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance. (7) Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and an addendum to the provision is included in the SF 1449. (8) Provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition and an addendum to the provision is included in the SF 1449. Refer to Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 for specific evaluation criteria. (9) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. (10) FAR clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (11) FAR clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
