C--IDIQ: MULTITRADE (NAICS 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors)

The subject contract was issued as an 8(a) Sole Source contract action in accordance with the Partnership Agreement between the Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense DFARS 219.800. MGS Construction Service, Inc. was awarded a NTE $4,000,000.00 with minimum of amount of $5,000.00 The period of performance is Base period of Twelve Months (12) with three (3) options years. The general intent of this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) contract is to provide a quick response contracting vehicle for small to medium size, non-complex project in support of Naval Air Station Lemoore, California. It is intended that this contract shall provide a vehicle for the performance of various types of construction and maintenance project under NAIC 238990 (ALL OTHER SPECIALTY TRADE CONTRACTORS). Under this contract the contract will be expected to respond to emergency calls in support of NAS Lemoore when required.
