The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has awarded a sole-source, firm-fixed-price task order to Woodward, Inc. (Fort Collins, CO) under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N6449823G4003.

This task order, valued at $261,898.00, is for highly specialized engineering, technical, and logistical support services. Specifically, the contractor will provide technical expertise for the next-generation Full Authority Digital Control (XT FADC) gas turbine controllers utilized on Ship Service Gas Turbine Generators (SSGTGs) aboard DDG-51 Class ships. 

This action was conducted on a sole-source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements).

A redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) will be posted separately to SAM.gov within the statutory 14-day timeframe in accordance with FAR 6.305.
