Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) ordering provisions to Defense Maritime Solutions (DMS), Chesapeake, VA, in support of the Littoral Combat Ship, Independence Variant (LCS-2V) Waterjets.
