R--Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for CENTCOM Husbanding Services

Pursuance to Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.202(a)(12), this is a non-mandatory synopsis. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) area of responsibility (AOR) as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103(3). The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Sigonella intends to solicit for husbanding services in the CENTCOM AOR. It is anticipated that Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, with fixed price CLINs/ELINs will be issued with an ordering period of 5 years. Option to extend services pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 for an additional six months will also be included. Performance will take place at various ports in the CENTCOM AOR. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
