Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services for U.S. Naval Hospital Guam

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka intends to issue a HUBZone Sole Source award to The SAIRA, LLC dba The Product Solutions (UEI GHL8JUM7JLD4). The contemplated contract is a performance based, commercial, firm fixed-price (FFP), Requirements type contract with a single five-year ordering period in accordance with FAR 12, DFARS 212, and NMCARS 5212 Requirements contract for action for laundry and dry cleaning service for U.S. Naval Hospital Guam. The associated NAICS code is NAICS Code is 812320 Dry cleaning and laundry services (except coin-operated) with a small business size standard of 7.0 (millions of dollars). The Product Service Code is S209 “Housekeeping Services”. Interested and capable HUBZone certified contractors are invited to submit capability statements. The Government will review all capability statements received prior to the closing date and time for this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.
