Boresight Set evaluation, calibration, and repair.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFQ) to The Boeing Company (CAGE 0PXV4), on a sole source basis for the procurement of evaluation, calibration, and repair services of the Boresight Set (74D110514-1007) and Low-Profile Heads-Up Display (LPHUD, 74D110541-1001) boresight adapter in support of F/A-18EF and EA-18G programs. The Government intends to procure the above service under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
