The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, Florida intends toaward an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with firm fixed pricesin accordance with FAR subpart 12.203, Procedures for solicitation, evaluationand award of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for CertainCommercial Items (Clinger-Cohen) for inbound, outbound and intra-city/intra-areamoves at the Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Services shall includepre-move surveys, servicing of appliances, packaging and packing at owner'sresidence to protect household goods properly during transit, tagging of items,inventorying, loading, weighting, drayage, unloading, unpacking, and placing ofeach article in owner's new residence as directed by owner or owner designatedrepresentative and removal of all empty containers and materials from residence. This is a follow-on contract to contract N68836-08-D-0020. The resultingcontract will be for a base period and four (4) one-year option periods. Thisrequirement will be advertised on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS code is484210, size standard $23.5 Million.
