The purpose of this modification is to add a quantity of 100 EA to part number MM2-9X5W-CC, data transceiver. The new total is 200 EA The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Freewave Technologies, Inc. 5395 Pearl Parkway Suite 100, Boulder CO with full and open competition among authorized distributors the following items: Transceiver, qty: 200 EA .This is sole sourced due to this being a direct replacement to an existing part. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
