Keysight Simulation View SW Renewal

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Keysight Technologies, 1900 Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs, CO. 80907-3423 with full and open among authorized distributors the following items: P/N: Z9500A-RFP-1YR; Simulation View 1YR Support Renewal- QTY - 1. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted in Contract Opportunities on the SAM website at https://sam.gov/ on or about 11/4/2025.  

All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.  The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893626Q5029 and shall be submitted by email to Beth.a.exzabe.civ@us.navy.mil

All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. 

Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Unique Entity ID  number before the registration will be activated.  It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
