Z--Regional Base Operations Support Services at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Naval Station Mayport, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, and Blount Island Command

IAP-Hill, LLC, Cape Canaveral, Fla., was awarded a $25,582,286 firm-fixed-price, estimated indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with award fee provisions for base operating support services at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Naval Station Mayport, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery Jacksonville, and Blount Island Command Jacksonville. The work to be performed provides for regional base operating support services including, but not limited to, the following functions: port operations, base support vehicles and equipment, elevator maintenance, equipment maintenance, utilities, environmental, transportation, bachelor housing, fire alarms, wastewater, steam, and facility management. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and one six-month option period, is $51,654,212. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Fla., and is expected to be completed by March 2011. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract is a sole-source procurement with one offer solicited. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, Fla., is the contracting activity (N69450-10-D-5073).
