Y--Design-Build Construction Contract for the Caribbean Area of Responsibility

Design-Build construction contract for the Caribbean area of responsibility for general construction type projects. This contract will consists of one base year and three (3) option years for a maximum of forty-eight (48) months or a maximum dollar value of not-to-exceed $4,000,000 whichever comes first. This solicitation was solicited in accordance with section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)(1) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 19.8, and the partnership agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the U.S. Dept. of the Navy.
