INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT FOR MULTI-DISCIPLINE ARCHITECT-ENGINEER (A-E) DESIGN AND RELATED SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF PROJECTS PRIMARILY IN THE NAVFAC SE AOR

The subject synopsis will be posted on or about 08 February 2019. The resulting proposals are expected to be due in late March of 2019. Award is expected in late November of 2019. This procurement will result in two (2) IDIQ contracts for multi-discipline A-E services for planning, design, and/or evaluation of new construction or renovation projects located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southeast (SE), but may also include work worldwide. The IDIQ contracts will be for a base period of five years. The total fee shall not exceed $45,000,000 per contract for a total of $90,000,000. These projects will be a mix of military construction, special projects, minor construction, and other repair/renovation work as required.
