DB/DBB IDIQ MACC FOR NAVAL SUBMARINE BASE KINGS BAY, GEORGIA

DESIGN-BUILD (DB) AND DESIGN-BID-BUILD (DBB) INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR NAVAL SUBMARINE BASE (NSB) KINGS BAY, GEORGIA Work will be for the Department of Defense (DOD) activies located at the NSB Kings Bay area managed by NAVFAC SE. Work may be required in other areas managed by NAVFAC SE if deemed necessary and approved by the NAVFAC SE Chief of Contracting Office. This procurement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.206 as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification Code System (NAICS) is 236220, Commerical and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard is $39,500,000. NSB Kings Bay has additional security requirements that shall be adheard to. Pay Special attention to security access requirements under WORK RESTRICTIONS-KINGS BAY in section 00800.
