Roofing IDIQ

The purpose of this Amendment is to: 1) clarify that offers must be mailed in and will not be accepted via e-mail; 2) direct contractors to Clause Section I.8 - 52.216-19 regarding a question on maximum amount of IDIQ; and 3)extend the time for offerors to submit completed packages. Proposals are due by 1600 PT on 9/04/2015. Please review Clause Section L9 for instructions on how to submit the proposal and what to include.
