Print BPA Services

The Peace Corps (PC) will enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the delivery of print items placed by the Print Office located in the Peace Corps' Office of Communications. A BPA issued pursuant to this Statement of Work (SOW) will provide Peace Corps with a source for providing print services to the agency. Under this agreement, the BPA Holder shall provide printing services in accordance with the BPA, SOW and tasks as described in specific Calls. These services will be provided when ordered by an authorized BPA caller within Peace Corps during the performance period of the BPA. Proposals for Calls will be solicited from the elected BPA holders. However, the Government reserves the right, based on the continuity of current work and/or strong skill sets/past performance of a company, to award a Call on a sole sources basis, i.e. not competed, to the firm that can perform the effort. Prior to award of orders under this BPA and in accordance with FAR competition rules, a best value determination will be made from the proposals received. The order will be awarded to the BPA Holder representing the best value to the Government.
