The U.S. Embassy in Ecuador seeks to contract a company to conduct public opinion research in Quito, Guayaquil, and Manta on key strategic messaging themes. The objective of this research is to understand and measure the factors affecting local public opinion and attitude on specific topics involving the partnership between the United States and Ecuador across public, private, and civil society entities. · Produce a “flash” report that will allow the U.S. Embassy and Consulate and the company to design a questionnaire to be deployed immediately after the focus groups and the interviews.
· Conduct quantitative Computer Assisted Personal Interviews surveys, or similar assessment tools, for three cities using a digital device to record each answer on a private online platform.
·
