Replacement of Pergola flooring at Franklin Court

This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis under the Small Business Competitiveness Program. The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, transportation, materials, supervision and other services as necessary to remove existing pergola flooring located at Franklin Court and replace with Western red cedar pergola. The new pergola shall match the old in appearance and dimensions. All work shall be in accordance with scope of work and drawing. The NAICS Code is 238330. Solicitation packages shall be available on or about June 30, 2009 and will be posted to the website "http://www.fbo.gov" and "http://ideasec.nbc.gov." There will be no hard copies issued of the solicitation. Contractors shall be registered in the Central Registration (CCR) system in order to receive a contract award. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Construction period: 30 days.A 100% payment bond, certificate of deposit or irrevocable letter of credit is required. Due date for quotes is July 31, 2009 at close of business.
