The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Laboratory Analysis- Environmental Water Sampling Services (Bioassary Tests). Reclamation contemplates awarding up to 5 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA), for a five (5) year period. Vendors submitting a quotation shall hold a California State Certification for Acute and Chronic Bioassay Testing. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541380. This small business size standard is $12,000,000.00. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Solicitation R09PS20107 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 11, 2009. The date for receipt of quotations will be approximately August 17, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. p.s.t.
