The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Laboratory Analysis- Environmental Water Sampling Services (Organic Parameters). Reclamation contemplates awarding up to 3 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA), for a five (5) year period. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541380 and the Size Standard is 12 million. This procurement is unrestricted. Solicitation R11PS20040 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about December 16, 2010. The date for receipt of quotations will be January 6, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. p.s.t. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed.
