The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Laboratory Analysis - Hazardous Waste Services. Reclamation contemplates awarding up to 3 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA), for a five (5) year period. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541380. This small business size standard is $12,000,000.00. This procurement is unrestricted. Solicitation R11PS20042 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about February 23, 2011. The date for receipt of quotations will be March 10, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. p.s.t. Solicitation will not be acceptaed through the IDEASEC web site. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
