R--BPA For Closed Captioning/Live Closed Captioning Services

The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation Mid-Pacific Region, Sacramento California, intends to issue a solicitation for proposals for a firm fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Closed Captioning/Live Closed Captioning Services in support of the Mid-Pacific Region Human Resources Division. Reclamation contemplates awarding up to 3 BPAs, each for a five (5) year period. The Closed Captioning/Live Closed Captioning Services will consist of various services being provided at meetings, training classes, and webinars on an as needed basis. A complete Performance Work Statement and Pricing Schedule will be issued with the solicitation. The requirement will be set aside 100% for small businesses. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561492, which has a small business size standard of $15M. Solicitation R15PS01485 is anticipated to be posted to Fed Connect at www.fedconnent.net and FedBizOpps at www.fbo.go on or about July 27, 2015. The date for receipt of quotations is expected to be August 12, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. pacific standard time. All inquiries and proposals shall be submitted via e-mail to kfleming@usbr.gov .
