Police and Security Uniforms

The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional specifications for the Solicitation. The quote due date remains Friday, June 3, 2016 3:00pm Pacific Time. Please see Block 11 on how to acknowledge this amendment. Amendments should be submitted with your quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-88. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R16PS00573 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region has a requirement for the supply of police and security uniforms on an as needed basis for Hoover Dam law enforcement and security guards. Attached is 1) Hoover Dam Security uniform matrix and 2) Hoover Dam Police uniform matrix. Please provide pricing for each item listed on these matrices. It is anticipated that up to three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements will be awarded based on lowest price responsive quotes from responsible quoter. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 315210 Cut and Sew Apparel Contractors. This requirement is a small business set aside. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 500 employees. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial items FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items - Quoters shall include in their quote a completed copy of the provision 52.212-03 or indicate completion of the applicable Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA).
