THIS ACQUISITION IS INDIAN PREFERENCE. Workunder this project consists of furnishing all plant,labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportationand incidentals necessary for the completeconstruction which is generally described as follows:Project No. 05N3N, Beclabito Day School, whichconsists of the construction of a 28,071 square footschool and a 6,374 square foot gymnasium, three (3)each employee quarters with two bedrooms, a bus barn,an elevated water storage tank, road work, parking,and the related site work and utility improvements. All new facilities are to be located at Beclabito, NewMexico, San Juan County. Project Range: More than$10 Million. Best Value proposals are being solicitedon a full and open competitive basis. The estimatedperiod of performance for this project is 14 monthsafter the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. TheNAICS code that applies to the project is 236220. Within 3 weeks after issuance of solicitation, apre-proposal conference will be held at theconstruction site. Details will be in thesolicitation. Any questions or clarificationsrequested should be in written format and mailed tothe Contracting Office identified above in time enoughto have answers at the pre-proposal conference. Costper solicitation package will be $150.00, refundableto those unsuccessful firms upon return of unmarkedplans and specifications to the BIA.
