Economic and Financial Professional Training

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Test Program for Certain Commercial Items) in FAR Subpart 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The purpose of this requirement is to provide specific and necessary training to the Economists and Financial Analysts working in The Department of the Treasury's Office of International Affairs, Office of Domestic Finance, and Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, in order to provide the skills and knowledge necessary to perform the function of their duties.
