Bag in the Box Beverage Supply & Equipment for FCI Talladega, AL

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, TX intends to make a single award for the provision of Bag in the Box Beverage Services and Equipment Supply at the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) and Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Talladega, Alabama. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 424490 (Size Standard: 100 employees). The contract periods will consist of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods for renewal with an estimated maximum requirement per contract period to include: 1,640 five gallon bag-in-box cases; non-carbonated Kosher approved beverage; sweetened with corn, beet or cane sugar; NutraSweet or Neotame sweeteners are acceptable; various flavorings such as lemonade, fruit punch, orange, and grape, and; seven (7) each bag-in-box dispensing systems with full maintenance services. Estimated requirements include: 1) 11:1 mix ratio unsweet tea, 480 cases; 2) 11:1 mix ratio sweet tea, 200 cases; and 3) 19:1 mix ratio for other various flavorings, 960 cases. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov.
