(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (vii) Delivery to begin January 02, 2009 until March 31, 2009 to FCI, Milan, Michigan, 48160 (Destination) will be accepted from 7:30 am to 1:30 Monday - Thursdays Delays for delivery due to security concerns of facility and inherent weather will be incurred and are not reimbursable.
