B--Underground Injection Control Inspections

The United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9, 75 Hawthorne Street, San francisco, CA 94105 intends to award a sole source purchase order under FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) to Yolo County Health Department, Environmental Health Division, 625 Court Street Ste 202, Woodland, CA 95695. This requirement is for purchase of services to compile a list of commercial, private, and government sites throughout the Yolo County Health Department, Division of Environmental Health jurisdiction; and then based on existing records and/or new inspections, document the manner in which stormwater, wastewater, and other fluids are managed at the site. The contractor shall document, in particular, whether or not waters/fluids infiltrate below ground surface through devices subject to the Underground Injection Control regulations. The contractor shall summarize findings and submit a final deliverable/report to the EPA Project Officer. Services are to be pr ovided over a one year period of performance.
