Statistical Graphics Services

Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and 41 USC 253(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), intends to award a sole source requirement for Statistical Graphics Services to support the implementation of interactive maps on the NASS external facing website. Nautilytics, LLC is the only known source and is located in Boston, MA 02111. This service is to be provided in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Nautilytics, LLC is the only known source available with the experience in Agribusiness, such as translating agricultural data, geoinformatics development services to develop interactive mapping capability and execute NASS business needs in a timely manner. The period of performance is May 22, 2015 through May 21, 2016. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. This notice is for information purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Potential sources who believe they can provide the service identified above are invited to submit substantiating documentation, in writing, to the identified point of contact below. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Vendors under a GSA Schedule Contract shall include in your submission a copy of your GSA schedule contract showing your GSA contract number. No telephonic communications will be accepted in response to this notice. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. NAICS Code is 519130.
