The quantity of services is estimated to be for a maximum of 25 deceased persons for the base year and each of the four option periods. The contract shall consist of a base year with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods for renewal. The NAICS code for this procurement is 812210 with a small business size standard of $7.0 million.
