IDIQ contract for multifunction devices in Korea

Additional government information has become available that may influence vendor's proposals. Accordingly this solicitation is being reopened to afford all interested vendors the opportunity to revise (or submit) proposals for this requirement. **All vendors must submit complete proposals to the Contracting Officer by the time and date specified in this posting. ** **Prior submissions will not be considered.** As a reminder, this process is Lowest Price - Technically Acceptable. As such, in order to be technically acceptable, all aspects of the Statement of Work (SOW) must be addressed. Failure to meet any aspect of the SOW will result in a finding of 'not technically acceptable.' Omissions are not correctable once the solicitation has closed. The attached Microsoft Excel spreadsheet is the current inventory of leased copiers within the Republic of Korea. The Fiscal Year 2009 and 2010 average monthly volumes and geographic locations are included. The Contracting Officer is currently investigating whether or not the monthly averages include color copies. This information will be posted when it becomes available. This spreadsheet does not affect the guaranteed minimums nor should it be viewed as any sort of guarantee of future orders. Questions should be presented no later than close of business May 20th to allow the responses to be posted to this website.
