Parking Lots and Garages

The U.S. Department of State intends to award a sole source contract for the above requirement to Manhattan Parking Services Ave Corporation, 277 Park Avenue Lobby 1, New York, NY 10172 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Please see the attached justification and approval for other than full and open competition and solicitation for the requirement. The continue support for the parking lot and garage services is critical to the U.S. Department of State mission.
