Diplomatic Platform Support Services (DiPSS)

The U.S. Department of State hereby awards eleven(11) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts, for the Diplomatic Platform Support Services (DiPSS) support services to provide a full range of services for Life Support Services, Logistics Services (LSS&L), and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to DoS and other U.S. Government agencies under Chief of Mission Authority and, under special circumstances, non-Chief of Mission activities across the globe. Each IDIQ contract Ordering Period will be an initial one-year ordering period and options for four additional one year ordering periods. The ceiling price for DiPSS contracts is $6,000,000,000.00 and is a cumulative ceiling for all contracts awarded from Request for Proposal (RFP) SAQMMA16R0106. Global Technical Services, LLC is one of the award recipients and is hereby awarded Contract 19AQMM19D0113. IAP Worldwide Services, Inc. is one of the award recipients and is hereby awarded Contract 19AQMM19D00114. Kellogg Brown & Root Services, Inc. is one of the award recipients and is hereby awarded Contract 19AQMM19D0115. PAE Government Services, Inc. is one of the award recipients and is hereby awarded Contract 19AQMM19D0116. The IDIQ contract was awarded based on best value tradeoff decisions as stated in the RFP.
