CONDUCT ANALYTICAL METHODS MEASUREMENTS OF STANDARD REFERENCE MATERIALS

The Analytical Chemistry Div. at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement to acquire technical support services to conduct analytical methods measurements of six (6) Standard Reference Materials (SRM). The specific tasks pursuant to this effort are described in the Performance Work Statement included in the solicitation. It is anticipated that the solicitation for this procurement will be issued on or about February 17, 2011, under FAR Part 12, Commercial Item Procedures and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government anticipates an award of a fixed price Purchase Order on or about March 17, 2011 with a 12-mo. base period and one 12-mo. option period. The competitive solicitation, all amendments, and any questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
