Liquid Helium for MRI Machines

The Defense Logistics Agency, Aerospace Energy intends to issue an unrestricted, full and open competitive procurement for the delivery of an estimated 3,995 gallons of Propellant Pressurizing Agent, Helium, Liquid, Type II, IAW MIL-PRF-27407C, dated 29 Nov 2006 on an F.o.b. Origin basis. The procurement requires offerors to utilize contractor owned dewars for delivery of the product. Period of Performance is 1 September 2011 -30 September 2012. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 27 June 2011 and posted to FedBizOpps web page at (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/).
