MEMORANDUM FOR SOURCES SOUGHT SUBJECT: Notice of Web Publishing of Sources Sought Notice SP0600-12-R-0202 under Customer Organized Group (COG 6), Posts, Camps & Stations (PC&S) Program This Sources Sought Notice (SS) SP0600-12-R-0202 is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify qualified businesses, including: 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB) Woman-owned Small Businesses (WOSB) Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB Zone) Small Businesses Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) Large Businesses DLA Energy is seeking to identify businesses that are interested and capable of supplying ground fuels requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This notice covers the ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in the following states: Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin and Wyoming. The total estimated quantity for COG 6 is in excess of 200 million gallons distributed over 700 line items.
