The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeks to enter into a firm-fixed-price contract for up to 60-month lease of 982 Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs), accessories and office document devices (hereafter collectively referred to as ?devices?) Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) ? Germany. The services associated with the leased devices sought are delivery and installation, end-user training, full-service maintenance, including all consumable supplies (excluding paper), relocation, technical refresh, removal, reports, network functionality, and network security.
