Fresh Milk and Other Dairy Items for Customers in Washington

This is an unrestricted acquisition for Fresh Milk and Dairy products for DoD Customers in Washington area. Group I - Ft. Lewis, McChord AFB, WA. The delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Milk and Other Dairy items for delivery beginning 25 June 2017 and ending 20 June 2020. The resultant award will be 36 months with a monthly economic price adjustment for fluid milk items and all other dairy items' prices will be with two separate pricing tiers. (The first tier shall be for 24-month period and the second tier shall be for the following 12-month performance period. Price will be firm fixed for 3 years (tier 1 and tier 2)). This solicitation will be issued under FAR 13.5. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidders. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA BSM internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFP's are in Portable Document Format (PDF).
