Fresh Bread and Bakery for Customers in California

This is an unrestricted acquisition for Fresh Bread and Bakery products for DoD Customers in California area. Group I:FT. Irwin, Edwards AFB, Vandenberg AFB, Port Hueneme, Port Mugu, and San Pedro, CA Group II: Twenty-Nine Palms, CA The delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Bread and Bakery items for delivery beginning 22 October, 2017 and ending 17 October 2020. The resultant award will be one indefinite quantity contract (IQC) for 36 months with two separate pricing tiers per Group. (The first tier shall be for 24-month period and the second tier shall be for the following 12-month performance period. Price will be firm fixed for 3 years (tier 1 and tier 2)). This solicitation will be issued under FAR 13.5. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidders. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA BSM internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFP's are in Portable Document Format (PDF).
