Produce Items for Central PA

This solicitation is being issued as an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). Request for Proposal (RFP). NAICS is 311991 and size standard is 500. The length of the contract is 18 months. The contract will be Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustments occurring biweekly. The Zone is Central Pennsylvania. This solicitation consists of one (1) zone in the Central part of the State of Pennsylvania. Group 1 will consist of non-DoD customers (USDA School). The Government intends to make one (1) award based on the technically acceptable offer with the lowest aggregate evaluated price. Offerors are required to offer on all items in the Schedule of Items; failure to do so may result in exclusion from award consideration. This procurement is being solicited under the Federal Acquisition Regulations ("FAR") 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Therefore, the Government will utilize simplified procedures for soliciting competition, evaluating offers, and awarding the contract(s). This procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis with Hubzone evaluation preference. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The total length of the contract will be18 months. The contract period is expected to be from Sunday, October 01, 2017 through Saturday, March 30, 2019. The due date to submit the offers is September 18, 2017 at 3PM EST.
