Fresh Milk and Dairy Products

Various military activities in Texas require delivery of an indefinite quantity of fresh milk and dairy products. The contract period is expected to be from June 16, 2019 through June 18, 2022. The resultant contract(s) will be issued as a fixed price IQC with Economic Price Adjustment applied to Class I fluid milk items and firm fixed price with two pricing tiers for all other items for the entire term of the contract. The solicitation has four separate award groups including: Group I: NAS Fort Worth, Sheppard AFB, TX; Group II: Fort Hood, TX; Group III: Goodfellow AFB; Group IV: Dyess AFB; Contract period will be for 36 months and this is an unrestricted acquisition with Hubzone price evaluation preference. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidders. Estimated solicitation issue date is sometime in March.
