This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 5940-00-450-5802, Terminal Kit, in accordance with Prestolite Electric Inc CAGE 24975 P/N MK-44-1 or Texas Connector Co CAGE 342W5 P/N AMA-2352. The estimated annual quantity is 468 KT. The guaranteed minimum is 117 KT which is applicable only to the base year. The 5-year maximum quantity is 2340 KT. FOB Destination; Inspection Acceptance Origin. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. Item is not commercial. Surge and Sustainment requirements apply. Item is used in support of the Stratolifter C/KC-135 Aircraft and other military applications. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is March 22, 2013. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
