***THIS MODIFICATION IS ISSUED TO CHANGE THE RESPONSE DATE OF THE SOLICITATION TO SEPTEMBER 5, 2013.*** End Item Application: Z9N - CRANE, AIRCRAFT CRASH HANDLING & SALVAGE A/S32A, NSN: 6680-01-514-6653. The solicitation will contain one NSN for a Generator, Tachometer. This solicitation and the proposed award will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The approved sources of supply are: Automatic Timing & Controls Inc, CAGE - 1RGT9, P/N 758-9905000-25661. The requirement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. This is a critical application item. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base and Option Year EAD: 48 each, the Max Contract Quantity is 240 each. The requested delivery is: 103 Days ARO; FOB: Destination - Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about August 5, 2013.
