This requirement is for NSN 6685-01-119-6546, Thermostat, Flow Control, which is identified by Edel Engineering Development Co., CAGE 00QR4, P/N 98B3900; PSG Controls, Inc. CAGE 18509, P/N 5-10052, and DNE Technologies, Inc., CAGE 96238, P/N 9007105-000. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 348 each for the base years and each option years. The minimum and maximum delivery order quantities for the base year and each option year are 87 each and 348 each; respectively. A guaranteed minimum of 87 each applies to the base year only. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 61 days ARO. Terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Programs applies. The solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
