This requirement is for NSN 6610-01206-1848, Transmitter, Position in accordance with CMC Electronique Inc., CAGE 90073, P/N 306-202788-001 and Sager Electronics, CAGE 4RH86, P/N 727404. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The estimated annual quantity is 192 each for the base year and each option year. Clauses 52.217-9023, Restriction of Alternate Offers for Source Controlled Items applies. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreement applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
