This requirement is for NSN 5855-01-362-3640, Panel Assembly, which is identified by Drawing NR 14590 2751-0203, Revision NR A, Dated September 15, 2006, Part Piece Number 2751-0203-1. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as a Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) set aside. Only offers from EDWOSBs will be considered. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 12 each for the base year and each option years. First Article Testing by Government is required. Offers will be solicited with a production delivery of 266 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Programs applies. The solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
