This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering National Stock Numbers (NSN) 5895-01-028-7148, Synchro and Gear, in accordance with Ridge Associates CAGE 1W820 P/N 802045-1 or Bowmar CAGE 99479 P/N AG3266-1. Estimated Annual Quantity 24 EA. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity 6 EA base year only. FOB Origin; Inspection Acceptance Destination. Solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources is applicable. Item is not commercial. Item is used in support of multiple systems including the Ticonderoga Class CG (47), the Nimitz Class CVN, the Forrestal Class CV, and others. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is April 24, 2014. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
