Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Origin. Required delivery is 90 days ARO. This item is a Critical Application Item. Configuration control applies. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 24936 HD for the base and each option year. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 6234 HD for the base year only. The maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 24936 HD for the base and each option year. The minimum and maximum ordering quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
